Broosco Tools

Broosco members have free access to a number of useful tools that improve user’s experience and make the search more efficient. Here is a list of the tools that come with the free account:  

Create your Favorites List

You have the option to mark a property as favorite and save it in a favorite “list”. All you need to do is have an account and press the favorite button (heart icon) on the selected property. You can retrieve the list of favorite properties in your account page “My Listings”.

Listing Activity

In the Listing Activity you can monitor all changes in your favorite properties concerning the property status (sold, off market etc) and the price changes. Enable Notifications if you wish to receive daily alerts of changes in your favorite listings.

Save Search

The Save Search tool practically allows you to make a quick search matching your criteria with a single button. Perform your search on Broosco.com. Once the results load, click on Save Search button (right top). You will be prompted to name the search. Click Save to complete. Next time you want to use the Save Search you just click on the name of the Saved Search you want. You can create three different Saved Searches using any of the search criteria applied on Broosco.com. Enable Notifications if you wish to receive daily alerts of new listings according to your criteria.

Compare Properties

Useful tool that will help you compare the properties you are interested in. Choose maximum 5 properties from those saved in your Favorites List and use the Compare Tool to generate a report with all the features and characteristics of these properties. Choose only land or homes in each comparison so that the comparison has a meaning. Bear in mind that properties you want to compare must already be in your favorites list.

Keep Notes for properties

Write any comment on any property you visit on Broosco.com. Go to your personal dashboard and read any comments you have made, delete them etc.

Personal Settings

In Personal settings you can set up e-mail alerts concerning changes in your Favorites list, Saved Search Results or when an article is added on Broosco Real Estate Blog. Additionally you can update infomation like your name etc. or change your email address and password.
